Big Fernand

In little under a minute, Big Fernand’s burger chefs will compose, before your very eyes, their very own version of what a burger is, using French produce, including pure-breed meats (e.g. Limousin beef), raw milk cheeses, sauces prepared fresh in our kitchen every day and “Fernandines” (home-made fries), peeled, chopped and fried on the premises every day.

So, why not sit a while in their “Workshop” or wander around Les Docks with a take-out.
